Abstract
For many years, researchers have been seeking to understand the body’s ability to repair and replace damaged tissues. Regenerative medicine
is innovative approach directed toward minimally invasive therapeutic modalities that goes beyond the conventional treatment as it reshapes
modern healthcare by shifting the paradigm in healthcare from symptomatic to curative treatment, it is a combination of cells, scaffolds and various
biomaterials and growth factors to regenerate and replace damaged tissues to maintain healthy stat. The use of fat graft is widely accepted
for management of variety of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery as it is an attractive source of adipose derived stem cells ASCS, keratinocyte,
endothelial cells, pericytes, fibroblasts, growth factors, which encourage regeneration and accelerate rapid healing of damaged tissue. In this
study we present our experience at King Abdul Aziz University Hospital, in utilizing fat grafting for management of variety of different challenging
clinical problems as an alternative to classical management to offer the patient the bests treatment with minimal invasive technique.
