Background: Neurocysticercosis (NCC) is a parasitic disease secondary to a cestode infection by the larva form of pig tapeworm Taenia solium (Ts). In this study, we look for publications related to the role played by cuproptosis, ferroptosis and PANoptosis in the pathogenesis of NCC.
